An average nursing home got 7 violations, studies indicate, with 94% of for profit homes likely to get them, 91% of government run homes, and 88% of non for profit homes. Homes that accept medicare and medicaid are surveyed every 12 to 15 months and have shown these results. They are not surprising however….
