			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>      High blood pressure leads to , oh I remember now, it leads to memory loss or early dementia. We already knew it leads to many health problems so this is just another little reminder that it&#8217;s better to try to keep your pressure low or at least normal.</p>
<p>Some researchers are even saying that if one were to maintain a good blood pressure memory loss and early dementia could be avoided altogether. That surely is a confident statement and with that we have another reason to stay calm and keep away from salt and foods that contain large amounts of sodium.</p>
