• Wash your hands often with hot or warm soapy water
• Wash any surfaces and/or utensils that the turkey comes in contact with, use hot soapy water or appropriate cleaners
• Don’t forget surfaces such as the soap itself the faucet handles and cutting boards
• Refrigerate foods immediately if they are supposed to be kept cold, keep hot foods hot, cold foods cold.
• Be especially careful with mayonnaise dishes like salads for instance
• Put leftovers away as soon as possible and don’t keep them past three or four days in the frig.
• Use a meat thermometer for turkey and other meat, the minimum temp should be no lower than 160, meat from the oven will continue to cook inside for a little while when removed and should go up at least another 10 degrees.

     The word is, that in China, counterfeit food and medicine is a huge problem. This is not the first instance of babies paying the price for this outrageous crime. The first time this happened, over 200 babies were sickened and 12 of them actually died.

     I don’t agree with crime, but I can understand where someone would duplicate a product and sell it as the original to make money, however food and medicine? Moreover, baby formula? How greedy and evil can people get? Apparently there seems to be no limit to the extent they will go to further fill their own pockets.
