Judge Considers Leniency in Marijuana Case

A judge in California is being asked to consider leniency in the case of a man who was selling medical marijuana. It is said that he is considering it but the law is forcing him to impose a mandatory one year sentence no matter what he decides.

People in California and indeed all over the country are watching this case closely.

It’s too bad that the folks who are so against this don’t have to watch a loved one suffer as bad as my father did when he died of cancer last December. If they went through what I did, they would certainly ask for any mercy drug that would make the dying process easier.

My dad had cancer, but what did he really die from? He could not eat nor drink the last week or two of his life. I think some medical marijuana would have made it better.

It’s as stupid as when the lethal injection is given and they wipe down the area where the shots are to be given with alchohol to prevent infection. What does it matter? The convict will be dead long before the infection would show itself.

People should just really mind their own and their families business, instead of playing God with everyone else’s lives.
