I think we’ve all known this deep down but a recent study backs it up, keeping active can help you to live longer.
The study tracked 302 seniors from age 70 to 82 for six years, and concluded that any kind of physical activity can help to extend life. Even if the activities just include the usual daily chores of keeping house they are of much benefit.
Any movement is good movement and very often normal aches and pains will improve with being active. It’s great for diabetics too, as it helps to burn off not only calories, but excess sugar in the body.
Remember, just keep moving!
